POZ-LOC Square Perforated Sign Posts & Related Products

Square Perforated Tubing and a slip base system to support the perforated tubing are the latest additions to the Traffic Systems product mix. Designed to meet the portion of the marketplace that prefers a square post for sign support, our products meet or exceed the quality and value requirements of the market.

POZ-LOC Performance Posts - Square perforated posts in sizes from 1.5" square through 2.5" square, this galvanized product features 7/16" diameter holes punched on all four sides, a corner weld, and features all sizes with the ability to telescope into each other. This product is zinc coated with an acrylic clear coating applied for additional protection.

POZ-LOC Performance Posts are made to conform to NCHRP #350, AASHTO, and FHWA requirements. Northwest has a large inventory of all popular sizes and gauges. This product is also available in powder coated and without perforations.

S-Q Post Square Slipbase Sign Support System - A system designed to allow signposts to break away in the event of an impact, this system is intended to reduce the risk of impact to occupants of vehicles and also to offer an economic and minimal labor option for repair.
The complete system includes a ground stub, retainer plate, casting and posts. The system design utilizes a ground stub cemented into the ground, a retainer plate that holds the bolts that connect the casting and base, and the set screw casting. Casting designs are available to match our ground stub or other sizes of ground stub depending on your application.
The S-Q Post Square Slipbase System complies with NCHRP Report 350, meets or exceeds AASHTO requirements, and is approved by the FHWA
