Full-service welded steel pipe fabrication facility offering welded steel pipe 4" through 72" OD with material thickness ranging from 0.135" through 1.00" including comprehensive engineering and estimating services.

Production capabilities include 2 pyramid plate rolls, complete carbon and stainless steel pipe fabrication, as well as linings and coatings as described below.

Plate Rolling & Welding:

  • From 18" to 72"
  • Up to .375" plate wall thickness
  • Up to 10.00' wide plates

End Treatments:
Rolled groove O-ring gasketed bell and spigot, weld bell and spigot, mitered weld bell, Victaulic weld-on and roll groove, flanged and flexible couplings, Carnegie bell and spigot, square cut, plain end, beveled ends.

48" coil slitter, in-line material pickling facility, high speed galvanizing line, two powder coating lines, plus a variety of tube fabrication capabilities.

Typical Manufacturing Specifications:

  • All tanks are manufactured in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME, Pressure Vessel Code. Compliance is certified by a third party inspection agency.

Liquid Propane Tanks:

  • Submerged Arc Welded
  • Tank sizes of 120 gallons through 1000 gallons
  • Shell thickness of .144 inches through .271 inches
  • Hydrotested at 375 PSI
  • X-Ray weld inspection
  • Durable powder coat finish, oven-baked for maximum protection.

Plate Rolling and Welding:

  • Diameters of 18 inches and greater
  • Plate thickness up to .375 inches
  • Plate widths up to 8 feet
