Full-service welded steel pipe manufacturer offering comprehensive engineering and estimating services. Production capabilities include 3 spiral-weld mills, 2 pyramid plate rolls, complete fabrication, as well as linings and coatings as described below.

Welded steel pipe in sizes 4" OD and up with material thickness ranging from 0.104" through 3".

Spiral Weld Steel Pipe:
(Laser-guided double-submerged arc welded)

  • Sizes: 12" OD through 156" OD
  • Wall thickness: 0.105" through 1"
  • Hydro-tested lengths: 20' through 60'
  • Non-hydrostatically tested lengths: 65'
  • Ultrasonic and radioscopic: Real Time Radiograph, RT Full Radiographic (x-ray), 100% Ultrasonic tested spiral weld per API 5L (certified)

Plate Rolling and Welding:
Sizes: 42" and up
Thickness: up to 3"
Width: up to 10' plates

End Treatments:
